BEEF TEMPERATURES

Ground beef should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Steaks and Roasts need to reach 145 degrees F.

Ground pork needs to reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. All other cuts and roasts need to reach 145 degrees F.
